CAREGIVING-Presented by Dora Camp and Rev. A. Zulli
AVAILABLE ON VHS or DVD, $19.00 inc. shipping
As I facilitated our brain injury support group meetings, I did not have enough time to spend with the caregivers. So, Rev. Zulli and I wrote, directed and produced a VHS that should help caregivers get through their journey. Here are some of the topics we cover: 1. When your life changes forever 2. Where can you get the best treatment 3. Changes that occur in the relationship 4. Questions from the support group 5. Volunteering/support groups 6. Coping with additional medical treatments 7. Back on the road again 8. Getting involved in outside activities 9. Back into the community Many additional subjects
Although this is a novice attempt at movie making, I feel the content is valuable. As a caregiver myself, I know how alone I felt going through the journey of brain injury. This is my attempt to share what I learned and what worked for me. Don't forget to read the Caregiver's Bill Of Rights in the back of my book.
